The group coaching program offers a holistic approach to wellness where we focus on gut health, nutrition, sleep, mental health and stress. You’ll learn how to implement sustainable lifestyle changes, receive guidance tailored to the group’s needs and benefit from shared experiences during 4 separate online sessions. The encouragement and accountability from the group will help keep you inspired too!
